First off, thanks to everyone who made this happen - such a great final product and a really fun build.įor the controller board, I originally ordered this: I just finished my Maverick dmd extender build and wanted to post a few items that may help someone who's going to attempt this. If my DMD needed replacement, I'd happily spend the extra hundred just to get rid of that high pitched buzz/noise that comes from the HV board! Of course, being able to change colors simply because it's Wednesday is a nice feature, too. I also believe a single color ColorDMD kit at $250 would be an extremely viable option purely for DMD replacement alone. I think $300 prices them out of direct competition with XPin and $250 makes it a no brainer for those considering a DMDExtender setup that don't know where to start with respect to color palettes that work well and don't have much faith in their own abilities to assemble all the fiddly bits involved with such an undertaking. Hard to believe I've been saying it for a year(feels like longer ), but.I'd be down for a single-color selectable display kit at about $250 from ColorDMD. I think you're on to something with a more basic kit. Existing PT3 custom stats will import so if you already have a stat you can still use it.It looks like people are looking for an 'in the middle' solution both cost-wise and functionality-wise. You can add custom stats to calculate rakeback as you can in PT3, if you know the formula your site uses. We hope to be able to add this at some point, but it is more complex than it appears and I don't know when it will be possible. PT4 does not store, or allow you to enter, bonuses or rakeback. Only 'get hands while playing' uses the configured 'played' and 'observed' databases. If you 'Get hands from disk' then you need to change to the correct database. To add more stats to the graphs click 'configure' next to Show Stats. Have a look through the reports - I'm sure you'll find what you want. Your winnings reports are found under Results - the Overview will allow you to see results split in different ways, including by month. We hope to be able to optimize this further though. That said, in our tests we've found PT4 to be slightly faster for overall imports when you include housekeeping in PT3.

Housekeeping is also now done as part of the import. PT4 is doing more work when it imports than PT3 - we now calculate and store all-in EV as well as currency conversion rates, more detail about each hand, etc.
